When This Article Applies

- What they should do when they see "Device Error"
- What to do if the error changes to "Sorry, the device is not functional. Please remove it."
Response Content
When the app displays a "Device Error" error message, it indicates that the sensor is experiencing a temporary abnormality. Due to certain temperature or physical factors, the sensor may sometimes recover on its own.
What should you do?
Please follow the steps below:
- Do not remove the device immediately.
- Wait for at least 3 hours while keeping the sensor in a stable environment.
- Avoid:
- Extremely high or low temperatures (e.g., hot springs, hot baths, direct sunlight)
- Bumping, pressing, or physically impacting the sensor
If the error changes or shows a different message
If you see the message "Sorry, the device is not functional. Please remove it." or the "Device Error" changes to this message, it means the device is abnormal and can no longer be used.
