No, uninstalling the app or clearing its cache will not cause any loss of your CGM/CKM data.
All data except alarm records is stored securely in the cloud. As long as you have a stable internet connection, your data will automatically sync to the cloud.
Please rest assured that clearing the cache or uninstalling the app only deletes data specific to our product. Subsequent reconnections will not result in any data loss.
Important note: The only exception is that alarm records will be cleared. No other data is affected.
