When This Article Applies
Use this article when a customer asks:
- Where to find the QR code or Bluetooth pairing code
- How to connect the sensor without the box (first-time connection)
- How to reconnect after an unexpected disconnection (without the box)
- How to connect the sensor to their phone
Q1: Where to Find the QR Code and Bluetooth Pairing Code
Response:
The QR code and Bluetooth pairing code are located on the side of the packaging box.
The side of the box also displays:
- Sensor unique code
- Production date
- Lot number
The QR code is on the left side, and the Bluetooth pairing code is located directly below the QR code.
Q2: First-Time Connection – Lost the Box
When this applies:
The customer has already applied the sensor but has not yet connected it to the app, and they lost the packaging box (so they cannot scan the QR code or read the Bluetooth code).
Response:
If you have lost the box and cannot complete the first-time connection, please provide the following information:
- Photo of the lid of the sensor pack
- Photo of the cap of the applicator
Once you have provided the above information, please click "Talk to Human" for further assistance.
Q3: Reconnecting After Accidental Disconnection – No Box Available
When this applies:
The sensor was previously connected and working, but the connection was accidentally lost (e.g., Bluetooth dropped, app closed). The customer no longer has the box and needs to reconnect.
Response:
If your sensor has been disconnected and you need to reconnect without the box, please follow these steps:
- Open the app and go to Profile
- Find the list of previously connected sensors
- Locate the most recent sensor – this is the one currently being worn
- The pairing code will be displayed there
- Manually enter the code to reconnect
Q4: How to connect the sensor to your phone?
- Download the official app.
- Register and log in to the app.
- After opening the app, the home screen will prompt you to connect a sensor. Tap to proceed.
- Scan the QR code on the side of the product box, or manually enter the Bluetooth connection code to complete the pairing.
