Trigger Conditions (any of the following)
- Customer reports an error during login stating that their email has already been registered
- Customer reports that after entering the verification code, they receive a message saying the code has expired
Output Content
First, please check whether the first letter of your email address matches the case (uppercase/lowercase) used during registration.
The verification code expires 30 minutes after it is received. Please make sure to enter it as soon as you receive it.
Verification code expiration may be caused by network issues. If you are sure that you entered the code immediately after receiving it and still see this error, please restart your phone, check your network connection, and try logging in several more times.
