Q1: App Names by Product

Different products use different companion apps:

GS3	Sibionics GS3

Both KS1 and KS3 use the same mobile app.

Q2: Is the app free?

Yes. Our app is completely free to use. There are no membership plans, paid features, or hidden charges.

Q3: How to download the app?

Standard method:
The app can be downloaded directly from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

If the app cannot be found in your store:
This means the app has not been released in your region yet, or your device's IP address is from a region where the app is not available.

Alternative method – Download the APK version (Android) or beta version (iOS):

For Android Devices:

Scan the QR code using your phone's camera or scanner app.
Tap "Download for other regions".
Your browser will display a prompt to download an APK file.

For iOS Devices:

You will first need to install TestFlight (Apple's official app testing tool).
After TestFlight is installed, you can download and install the SIBIONICS beta app through TestFlight.

Yes. If you have obtained our product in a region where the app is not officially listed (e.g., United States) and have successfully downloaded the corresponding version of the app using the alternative method above, you can use the sensor normally.

Usage does not depend on your region. The only requirement is that the correct app is paired with the correct product (GS1 → Sibionics GS1, GS3 → Sibionics GS3, KS3 → SiBio CKM).
